Good hotel, with new furniture and modern indoor design. The staff was a bit confused about single person stay reservation in a twin room, but finally provided the room for the price the reservation was made on Booked.net.

Single room is 50% more expensive than single person stay in a twin room, therefore the staff tries to refuse to move one person into a twin room.

The hotel is well-connected to the city by public transport, even though it's not in the center. the rooms are comfortable and clean with good service, and the staff is helpful with a good command of English. the breakfast provided is nice, and the hotel owner is flexible in accommodating guests' needs.

There were some issues with the heating in some of the rooms and some guests had trouble with check-out processes.

I spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was so friendly and helpful, they really made me feel at home. the location was perfect. It was close to all the main attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. And finally, the breakfast was outstanding. They had a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and hot cooked meals.

That the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in my room, but it worked fine in the common areas. the sauna was not available for use unless booked in advance.

The breakfast was delicious and the room had everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated the location, being close to public transportation and within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Many of the hotel facilities were not working during our stay, including the pool and sauna. the staff seemed to be disorganized and not attentive to our needs, with housekeeping forgetting to replenish the water and toilet paper in our room.
